Our story
Dutch Expats Housing started with one simple idea: finding a home should not be the hardest part of moving to the Netherlands. We saw how many internationals struggled with a tight rental market, Dutch paperwork and endless applicants for every home.
What started as a one-person operation has grown into a team. We only work with expats, all day and every day, and we combine personal guidance with smart technology to help you find the right home faster.
One team that knows your situation, from intake to keys.
We usually respond within 1 hour during office hours.
We tell you what's realistic in today's market, also when it's not what you hoped to hear.
New matching homes in your inbox every day.
